The 155TSI’s outstanding direct-injection 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine delivers its high-performance output directly to Volkswagen’s slick-shifting DSG (Direct Shift Gearbox) transmission. The result is seamless performance – to all four wheels, thanks to the advanced 4MOTION all-wheel drive system.

Because superlative dynamic performance requires more than just a well-sorted engine and driveline, the Tiguan rides on low-profi le tyres and larger, 17-inch alloy wheels as standard. Dynamic precision is assured, and safety levels are enhanced by a full complement of driver-assistance technologies including the Electronic Stabilisation Program (ESP), Brake Assist, and Electronic Differential Lock (EDL).

The 155TSI includes equipment upgrades like front fog lights with steering-sensing integrated static cornering lights for added nighttime cornering precision.
