1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern entry to the Austral Volkswagen SPIN & WIN Promotion (“Promotion”). Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 The Promotion is a game of chance. No skill plays a part in determining prize outcomes.
1.3 If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other information or material about the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
1.4 These Terms and Conditions will be made publicly available in-store and online at https://www.australvolkswagen.com.au throughout the Promotion Period.
1.5 The Promoter’s decisions in relation to all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. Eligibility & Entry
3.1 Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who:
Visit the Austral Volkswagen showroom during the Promotion Period;
Speak with a team member; and
Participate in the SPIN & WIN game according to the instructions provided in-store.
3.2 The following are not eligible to enter:
Employees, officers, directors, contractors or agents of the Promoter or any of its associated companies;
Immediate family members (including spouses, parents, siblings or children) of those above;
Individuals involved in the administration or management of the Promotion.
3.3 Each eligible participant may spin the wheel once per new vehicle enquiry or purchase during the Promotion Period, unless otherwise approved by the Promoter.
3.4 Entries received outside the Promotion Period or that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions are invalid.
3.5 Participants must not tamper with or interfere in any way with the Promotion, including but not limited to fraud, cheating, or misrepresentation. Any breach will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.
4. Prizes
4.1 All valid spins will result in a randomly assigned prize. Prizes available in the Promotion are as follows:

4.2 Prize values are estimates based on RRP including GST and are correct at the start of the Promotion. Actual values may vary.
4.3 Prizes must be redeemed in conjunction with the purchase of a new Volkswagen vehicle from Austral Volkswagen during the Promotion Period.
4.4 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, unless otherwise required by law.
4.5 If any prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to regulatory requirements.
5. Prize Redemption and Conditions
5.1 Discount prizes will be applied directly to the vehicle contract price and reflected in the vehicle sale invoice.
5.2 Non-cash prizes (e.g. accessories, care plans, tint, Schmick membership) will be supplied and fitted or applied at the time of vehicle delivery, unless otherwise arranged with the Promoter.
5.3 All prizes must be claimed at the time of spinning the wheel and applied to a new vehicle contract entered into by 30 June 2025, unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
5.4 Failure to proceed with a vehicle purchase or to meet the claiming conditions may result in forfeiture of the prize at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
6. Publicity and Media
6.1 By entering, participants agree to have their name, likeness, and prize details published by the Promoter for promotional purposes, including online, social media and press, without further compensation.
6.2 Participants consent to the Promoter using, editing and reproducing any photographs, video or recordings taken during the Promotion or prize handover in perpetuity and royalty-free.
7. Liability
7.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or claim suffered or incurred (including direct or indirect loss) as a result of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize.
7.2 The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, theft, unauthorized access, or other errors that may affect the Promotion’s operation.
8. Privacy
8.1 The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including prize suppliers.
8.2 By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the use of their personal information for future promotional and marketing purposes by the Promoter, in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

9. General
9.1 These Terms and Conditions may be amended or updated by the Promoter at any time if required by law or for operational reasons. Any changes will be published on the Promoter’s website.
9.2 Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
9.3 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
9.4 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
